Instructions

SEGA's foster home application is completed and submitted on-line.

Submitting the on-line application is a simple process:

  • Fill in the data requested on the application;
  • Check your application for errors; and
  • Transmit the application to SEGA.

When completing your application, please DO NOT use the Back button to move between screens. Use only the buttons at the bottom of the pages. Use of the Back button could result in a loss of the data your have typed in.

If during the application process you decide you do not want to submit the application, you may cancel the application process by clicking on the "Fostering" link in the "Where You Are" line at the top of the screen.
