2011 Greyhound Gala

6 p.m.
The Southeastern Greyhound Club's annual Greyhound Gala holiday party will be held on Saturday evening, December 3, 2011 at the home of our own Dr. Toby Carmichael in Acworth. The Gala will be catered by Fusco's Via Roma Italian restaurant, and will feature a buffet of Italian dishes, salads, and desserts (including vegetarian dishes). The cost per person is $28 for Club members and $35 for non-members. Complimentary adult beverages will be provided courtesy of Dr. Toby, and non-alcoholic beverages will also be provided.
The Gala will get underway with drinks and appetizers at 6 p.m., with dinner to be served at approximately 7 p.m. Year-end honors and other presentations and remarks will follow. In keeping with the traditions of the Gala, you are welcome and invited to bring holiday gifts for the benefit of our adoption kennel guests in the form of kennel cleaning and maintenance supplies.
Dress is holiday casual, presenting a great opportunity to see how well our fellow Greyhounders "clean up"!
Reservations are no longer being accepted for the gala.
As in the past, collections will be taken at the holiday gala for the SEGA kennel. The following supplies are needed at the kennel:
You may bring your items to the holiday gala or drop them off at the kennel. Please include your receipt with the donated item(s) so that SEGA can exchange items which are received in duplicate for other items of need.
